You should create a mass component inside assembly mode.
(Also available under the popUp-menue in modelltree.)
requires Pro/Assembly
This creates a part which only can be used with the specific assembly used in.
You might need to have your specific parameters so:
Set Up >Parameters>Component |...

Why not just setting up acrobat distiller printer under windows print manager. It directly prints into pdf-file. You should setup different printer sizes so the pdf would have the right scale too.
We had to install the acrobat distiller...
To update your drawing just go to MODIFY VIEW and klick the command Reorient. Select the main view, ignore the messages about the other children views. Then DO NOT reorient the view just cancel by klicking the buttom at the saved views.
That´s it the views will update.

The product view express only works for the user that had installed product view express. I was installing PVX on another machines (WindowsNT) using my Adminstrator account and it worked fine me logging into WindowsNT. Trying to present the application to another user (his login) caused the same...
