    A stream turbine/generator (70mw) trips and the main steam valve closes, the generator breaker is still closed and is tied to the grid. 15 mins later the operator notices the turbine/gen is still turning at 3600rpm.( with no power output). The 32 relay was checked under trip conditions 3 months...
