    Connecting a LAN to the Internet with Fiber Optic

    Hi I am currently improving a LAN of approximately 120 workstations, and would like to know what are the different types of hardware and software I should consider using. Moreover, should I use a dedicated line or go through a standard fiber optic ISP? Thax for your help.
