Is locked rotor current always, and I do mean always greater than full load current. I know shaded pole motors LRA is close to FLA,
is their LRA always greater than their FLA? Is there ever a motor or condition where FLA could be greater than LRA?
Doesthe winding of a 4 wire delta transformer that supplies the 120 loads on a 4 wire delta come oversized to account for the 3 phase and single phase line to neutral loads? Put another way, if I order a 30 KVA transformer, does each phase only handle 10 KVA, or is one winding (A to C phase)...
