PTO driven whinch
The only experience I have with auto trans driven PTO was in a ford F600 tow truck. When the load increases the tourque converter stalled and the engine speed had to be increased to the point that the hydraulics slammed the cylinders, total loss of control. Could have been solved with flow...- Boozo

Flying magnet wheel
Toothed wheels require a magnet inside the sensor, other than that there need be no difference in the "flying magnet" wheel. Of course there are different resistance windings between manufacturers and applications. One easy way to tell if the sensor in question is inductive or hall...- Boozo
