    I understand that the Roland 700 is low frequency,less than 250rpm. Suggest dynamic forces are in-line horizontal or verttical. Likely that press mass sufficient alone to ensure natural frequency of foundation probably greater than 2xoperating. This is a useful rule-of-thumb. Hope this helps.
