Hello,
I'm working in a company which design and install a lot of différents fluids network.
We have internal standard to dimension pipe's diameter depending of fluid, flow rate, pipes materials, type of circuits.
Today, we want to uptodate this standard to optimise the diameter.
I've not find...
We can't change the load increase. We have put a water tank after it with a circulation to reduce the load increase. But with 2MW, with no load, it's look like nothing. The increase of load is the start of machines which must have a lot of hot water. So, when the machine is off, no load, when...
hello
I'd send this thread in chemical process forum, but I'd not a lot of answer, so I try in this thread.
I'm working on the regulation of a steam heater. It's capacity is about 2000 kW. So there are a control valve at the inlet of the steam. It controls the temperature of water at the outlet...
we have a collecting pot beneath the heater. The problem is that the power of heater can be very low for several hours and after the power demand will increase rapidly. So, with traditional regulation, the steam control valve will open rapidly and the water in heater (stall) will be ejected with...
hello
I'm working on the regulation of a steam heater. It's capacity is about 2000 kW. So there are a control valve at the inlet of the steam. It controls the temperature of water at the outlet by controlling the flow of steam. A steam trap is at the outlet.
The problem is that the power...
I search a little pump (1l/min, less than 10m of HMT) to empty a tank that contain cryogenic liquid (butane, pentane, etc) at low température (-160°C). The ideal pump is to work without electricity but with N2 flow to avoid explosion problems.
Do someone know a fabricant of this type of pump...
I have to start submerge centrifugal pump with inducer without discharge pressure. The pipe is empty because the liquid is evaporated. There are a valve to regulate flow, but is at 25m of the pump, so when I simulate the starting sequence, the pump is over runout flow during few second.
The...
