Thanks for the feedback guys. Ive done some reading adn it seems the the FireGL is based on the Radeon chipset anyway; the 9600 Pro being the Directx9 version and the FireGL the OpenGL optimised one. The budget i have simply doesnt stretch far enough to get FireGL or Quattro in a notebook. On...- pdprime
