In my work I need to show chain links on various assemblies. Is there any way of drawing chain links and then mating these links to a curve. The curve would be the Pitch cirlce around pulleys or gears etc. Using sw2003 thanks for any replies.
Yes most times I am putting multiple details on one sheet as I put the assembly drawing, sections , etc on sheet 1 then details on sheet 2 and 3 if needed.
When i create drawing with assemblies, sub assemblies and part details, I like to put a descritive note under each particular drawing view eg "Main Drive Sprocket Coupling" Scale 1:5. If i change the scale of the drawing I have to manually change the scale note. I know about the sheet...
