I have an old Moore BM-255415 pressure controller that I am trying to get data or spec sheets on. Web searches are turning up nothing on this name or model. Anyone out there familiar with this company and/or product?

I have been asked to provide continuous level measurement on a tank of molten salt that is kept between 500F and 1000F.
Right now we are using level switches to provide point control but this is a little too course for some of our product and I need something better.

My initial thoughts were the same as you laid out but I ended up speaking with my safety department and they would not let me leave the doors opened. Looks like we'll have to work with one motor at a time.
