    Does anyone have a reference to an accepted classification system for various types of cost estimates? For instance, a Class ?? cost estimate would be used for conceptual planning and has an accuracy of +-30%. A Class ?? cost estimate is for a final design and has an accuracy of +-5%. Etc...

    Rotating Raster Reference Files

    Does anyone know of a way to rotate a raster reference file to a degree other than 90, 180, or 270 in Microstation J? I used to do this with IRASC but no longer have that software. After it's rotated I'll need to clip it and be able to print it. Thanks.
