The "installation folder" is the floder in which you intall the SolidWorks.
for example, the default floder for insatlling SolidWorks is "C:\Program Files\SolidWorks", so, you just copy the file "Mso9intl.dll" into "C:\Program Files\SolidWorks"...

the solution is quiet easy, search "Mso9intl.dll" on your Solidworks CDs, and copy this file into your Solidworks installation folder.That's it!!!
