In some literature I find engine maps where the term specific work (We) [kJ/dm3] is used as opposed to torque [Nm].
How are these two related?
I know that it isn't simply: kJ/dm3 = kNm/l
Anyone know?

Does someone have the torque curve of the Jaguar 2.7 V6 turbo diesel (enginecode AJD-V6), or does someone have a source on the net? I would like to predict the max torque curve of that engine with a camless valvetrain. I already know what the increase is at 3 different engine speeds of that...
There must be a solution to the corrosion problem (not talking about the rubber swelling issues) by developping effective dopes. I believe intensive fuel development can solve certain issues.
