    cold temperature effects on structrual steel?

    Is there any type of factor to use when trying to determine the effect of cold temperature on the Tensile stress properties of a structrual steel? More exact I am looking for a factor from room temp to -4 degrees F. Thanks for the help.

    Is there a way to get 1500psi of hyraulic fluid at a flowrate of 2400 gpm into a cylinder without having 2000 hp pump.     Where I work we may increase the stiffness of a w-beam by welding a plate to flush against the flange.
