polynomial scatter band within excel min max plot

I am trying to plot minimum and maximum lines on a polynomial scatter band within excel. I am able to plot the mean line ok but there doesn’t appear to be an option to actually plot a given 1.65 standard deviation above and below the line. There is an error bar and standard deviation function...

    mistakenly welded 25/35 Cr/Ni using a 25/35 high 5% tungsten wire

Cheers guys, I understand that we actually welded the root autogenously so I think we will grind off the cap and create a small v, then reweld with correct wire to dilute the effects of the W. This way we will not have to perform a complete cutout.

    mistakenly welded 25/35 Cr/Ni using a 25/35 high 5% tungsten wire

Hi, mistakenly welded 25/35 Cr/Ni tube using a 25/35 high 5% tungsten wire. Normally the wire would be 0.19% W. Anyone know the effect?? will the weld joint be too brittle?? appreiciate any comments

    Sulphidation Prevention of Chrome/Nickel Alloys

I have a corrosion problem concerning 25/10 chromium/nickel alloy furnace tubing in a high sulphur reducing environment at temperatures in excess of 700C. I am looking for information on the kinetics and how to reduce the affects of sulphidation on these alloys. Since the atmoshpere is reducing...

    Size reduction of electrolytic hafnium

Any recommendations on reducing electrolytic hafnium pieces to around 0.5mm for an alloying application. Ball Mill? Jaw Crusher? Also I believe Hf is phosphoric and can ignite spontaneously in air when in powder form? Is there a safe way to do this? Comments Please
