I am a mechanical engineer and i have to test voltage in a part. the part has a 22 guage wire enclosed in rubber. the two sides are open. i need to see if it can withstand certain voltage. can i have guidance as regards to equipment and method.

i am interested in getting more information about windnoise testing. very often we are asked to do windnoise testing and run into a lot of problem as the requestors are not familar with what type of road surface /speed that they need.is there a generic format to use.
