Hi,
I wonder if there is somewhere a full list of all symbols (node images) of the specification tree.
Many of them are known (to me) but some aren't. There are some symbols that looks alike but has an "extra" meaning. For example, a sub assembly that is flexible is colored in purple.

No.
It is a pure V5 part created in V5 (R12).
There are many ways to have more than one body in a single catpart. Insert-body is one of them. Copy&paste from other document is another.
Perhaps it is not recommended to work that way (is it?)
After having such catpart, how can I use 3D...
Hi,
I have a multi-bodies CATPART and would like to transform them. When using the "transformation features" toolbar, I get a message that I should consider using the 3D constraints instead. How do I display the 3D constraints toolbar while in a catpart document? I only see it when in a product...
Thx. I found it an hour ago...
I also found out that one cannot extrude "up to last"/"up to next" etc while using the drafted filleted pad - only explicitly defining a value. Pity.

Thx.
I understand that there is no "shortcut" and quicker method to do it "on-the-fly" as I create the geometry, only as a 2nd operation after the geometry is sketched. Quite disappointing I must say...

Hi,
I'm trying to design a simple part (something like a pulley), that consists of a closed profile that is extruded with a draft angle to both sides.
1.Is there a way to achieve this by using the "drafted filleted pad" function? It seams that this function disables 2 directions extrusion. (I...
Thx Laura.
I know that I can set an equal value to both dimensions, but can't I avoid it? Isn't there a geometric constraint "equal radius" when selecting arcs/circles without having to dimension them first (or at least constraining only one of the two)?
Do you have an idea of #1, #2 and #4?
Hi,
I have some questions concerning constrainingto edges:
1.How can I create a midpoint constrain (e.g. between a sketch line endpoint and an existing edge)? Must I project the edge first, then convert it to a construction geom and then constraining it?
2. Is there a way to automatically...
