We have been using vacuum pumps for a while. But lately, we are having ruptured diaphragm. At first, it was because the diaphragm were not the suitable material. But we are now using the right material (Neoprene), but we still have problems.
Is it possible that the material is Neoprene...

We will try to use the petroleum-based products. We will do some tests. We want to be able to use the test on site where technicians will need to change the part.

Hi Pat,
Thanks for the tip, even though it didn't work. It's very difficult to see the difference between the two parts since they are the same color, same shape and same weight. There is a metal disk inside the part that I think is interfering with the test we try to do.

I have parts made of polypropylen 7728 and they break easily. I'm wondering if improper storage can be the cause of the breakage. We are situated in Quebec, so the temperature can go below 0°C.
