    we are using 2002, also have purged the dwg. does not seem to make a difference...we are thinking it's a Autocad 2002 issue because if we use Autocad 14 we have no issues saving.

    We have a computer at my work with that is a Dell with 2.2ghtz and 40gig hard drive. When ever we work on a drawing then go to save it, it's taking like almost 3 minutes to save! Sometimes that varies, also noticing that the cpu usage shoots up to 100%, basically maxing out when doing the save...
