How about using steel and use a webbed gear blank. The steel is so much stronger than the aluminum that you can drastically reduce the volume of material. This approach may not get you all the way down to the inertia of the aluminum but may get you close enough. Titanium is hard to machine and...
1) Draw the arc in the x-y plane and use the command rotate3d to position it correctly.<br>
