Yep they are not very efficient. Normally we leave the skirts off for this very reason. But as a practice they are suposed to be on.

I have 108 Fluorescent Lights that run at 18 Watts...
I want to figure out BTUh. So the formula would look something like..
18/110 = 0.16 amp draw of each light
18/.2930711 = 61.42 BTUh for each light
