Look into polyurethane. It can be cast in harnesses of almost "mushy" up to 75D very inexpensively. We have converted a number of compression seal rings and extrusion tube seals to polyurethane. Polyurethane is quite common in bushings and sleeves. All the high performance stabilizer...
