    Sorry alexasa not sure what you mean. Do you want to add these columns in to your assembly Navagator? If so you can create columns in this by going too Preferences > Assemblies > Configure Columns...

    Or if you simply want to move the curves within a sketch you could use drag. The result of course would depend on what constaints u have in the sketch.

    Marking an area on a face

    Steve u could subdivide the face by projecting curves on to it. Then either change the colour of the face in object display or label the faces through drafting. (sorry a bit late I imagine)

    Converting file

    there are parasolid converters for light wave but with out these you are stuck with a dxf or stl, which create heavy files in light wave. We use rhino to convert most of our parasolids.
