    Setting scale for traced Imported Raster

    I have imported a raster image to AutoCad 2002,and used a polyline to trace topo lines. The raster has a boundary that shows as 10.9018 units when dimensioned, but I want it to be 250 feet. I have searched my Sybex book and this forum, but I guess I get the dunce award... I can't figure out...
