I found this answer, I was putting the UGII_WMF_LINE_WIDTH_SCALE_FACTOR=.25 line in the ugii_env.dat doc without removing the # sign which negates the line.

So my mainboard crashed on my CAD station running W2K Pro and UG NX1. I upgraded the CPU, Mainboard, RAM and videocard to a Nvidia Quadro FX1500.

thank you very much. I should have asked you earlier before messing around forever. I skipped NX2 and just started with NX3 but I miss the simplicity of NX 1. NX 3 just seems to want to do everything for you when it really shouldnt.

I am using UG NX 3, just converting over. But when I export to dxf it translates the center lines, dimensions and curves but it does not translate the model. I tried moving everything in the drawing into the same layer but for some reason I cannot get the model to show up.
