Well, basically I am looking for the most famous Automtive design centers in Asia, Australia and South Africa(One or two examples for each would be ok) . For example pininfarina is a good example for such an automotive design center(the ones that I am looking for), but it is in Europe.

Aside from the homologation rules and tests. Assuing that we accept the standars of a specific company e.g. Citroen for the parts that we buy from other companies. DO we have to test them again to check their conformity ourselves or they (part manufacturers) test it themselves and we just accept...

Could anybody tell me if it is the responsibility of the Homologation gourp in car manufacturing company to see if the parts( that are usually outsourced )are complying with EU regulations...or it is the responsibility of suppliers themselves?
