try fitting the linear fit first and estimate the mid points for each y clustered set this will give u linear fit (y = -0.5106 + 430.82)with R2 = 0.7799 (not good) with all clustered y values lying within 18%...

(I) is the inlet, O1 is the first outlet and O2 is the second outlet. With massflowrates, O2 = I - O1.
P,T at inlet and at O1 is known, the two (I and O1) are at about 12 meters from each other where as O2 is at about 38m from (I).
