    There is one in the online docs which autofits, if you view the file in wordpad then it is very easy to edit and insert your own comments / terms in, also if required images can be added. Make sure in drawing options that you point the link to the correct place.

    Rib seems to want two sketch'd components therefore the 3d flange is non selectable This is the same case for lofts where the base edge I wish to sweep the solid around is non planar. I am sure there must be a way to do it as they could on V4, am sure I have just missed a funtion / option...
