    Hi dvd, Thanks for your post. My company manufactures sprockets and gears, but first time I have been asked to manufacture block chain sprockets. I just thought that these formula would be much more readily sourced off the net, but alas thats not the case.

    Hi All, Can anybody help with design formula for conveyor block chain sprockets ie standard conveyor chain outer links then solid block link then standard conveyor chain outer links etc etc. Am looking for design info on tooth profile. Seem pretty scarce on the web. Thank You
