I want to draw a helix that will have a varing lenght in the assembly as to show a spring effect. However this option does not seem to be avilable. I did it with using a twist on the excursion but it doesn't work the way I would like it to do. Anyone know what can be done?
New to Routing. I downloaded some fittings from the 3dcentral and I want to add connection points to start the routing. I'm having problem with this as non of the downloaded parts come with conncection points. What do you need know to add connection points?
I have 4 subassemblies that are flexible and by moving one I would like the rest to move accordendly to the parent. But it seems that each one has its own control and does not react to the parent changes. All subassemblies are the same. Is there something I missed?
Just wondering how can I split the a part into 2 or more parts but using a section line to specify where the split would occur. I tried using split command but I can't figure out how to select a section were I would like to split the part. Anybody?
I am trying to figure out the correct method of getting a body part of the part file into a drawings without having the entire part inserted. I've only managed to hide the un-needed parts but I wonder if theres a better method for this.
