Cone/Ball Valve
"Emergency Operation" The valve can be configured to open or close valve in the event of power failure, line breakage or other emergency. This valve is used in a sewer pumping station to protect the system of a water hammer. I belive that If the Valve has this option, it needs to be used.- Alex1828

I have concern regarding how to control/set the emergency closing speed (seconds) and if it is really necessary, because I have others peers that said it is not necessary.
