Yes I have done this with a tool called PLSQL Developer from allroundautomations. You just need the schema owner login. This tool let's you browse the tables and see data, procedures, and packages. Or you could just do everything from a sqlplus prompt. It's much easier with a tool however...

Did you find the answer to this question? If not here is what I think:
1)ProDtlnotedatacolorGet will get the color.
2)ProDtlnotedataAttachmentGet will get the leader info.
3)I think you are either passing a bad object to the function that is returning -1 or -1 means default.
