    Thanks all, I do have a soils report, soil bearing info, modulus of subgrade, etc. The project is also tract homes, but it wouldn't be a few lots, it would be more like 100 lots. I don't think that our client would have a problem with using a PT foundation, I'm just not sure how I should go...
