    Export a Cadence layout to ANSYS

    I am designing parametrized cells with Cadence Virtuoso, for a MEMS design. Is there a way to export a Cadence mask layout to ANSYS, in order not to create a whole new geometry each time I run ANSYS (the shapes in the design are quite complex in fact) ? Thanks for your help. Pierre
