We're encounting a Mat'l difference in welding:
The main steam outlet header of our CFB is specified as SA335 P11, but our client's piping Mat'l is 12Cr1MoV.
Can someone advise what kind of solution to this tough nut? either advice of WPS or any transition method is welcome.

I'm reading A213 T91 and A335 P91 in Table A-2 "MANDATORY APPENDIX A", Pg #110 of ASME B31.1-2004. They look to me the same. So, what's the difference between T91 and P91? Also, how to interprete those alphas in A359 FP12, A213 TP304, A217 WC1,A451 CPF8M etc. in Table A-3? I mean what "FP"...
We specified "Kodak type AA or M and Dupont type 510 or 506, and Ansco A or B" as radiographic films for radio exam.
The vendor proposed using "AGFA-GEVARET, Model TESTIX C7 NEW FW".
Please give us a tip if there is any difference.

I specified "RA253MA" as the Mat'l of CFB Vortex Finder, but the bidder proposed changing to "253MA".
Can anybody tell me if there is a big deal if RA253MA is replaced with 253MA?

Do I have to produce "relieving capacity" to vendor to complete the specification?
