I have studied some statistics in my electrical engineering and physics classes but not enough to know or cover what "95% confidence level" is and how to apply it.
I need help for the following task:
Our traffic department needs to determine the "95% confidence level" of a microwave detector...

What I wrote is all I have. I figured I'd have to work out some sort of scenario myself. Could you tell me what you had in mind that is relatively inexpensive and also the quite expensive?
