    Fixed. Had to uninstall LUM and reinstall. The LUM was running as a server on the laptop. doesn't work for extraction. reinstalled as client only.. works now.

    had LUM 4.6.8 then uninstalled it. have the i4ls.ini installed. I can see the licenses but when I select one and click "extract" it gives me the error.

    XP service pack 1. R12sp6, r14, r15 installed try to extract an offline license. I get the error "License not added, Driver not running
