    I tried saving it as a part and it says "COSMOSXpress does not support surface models, multi-bodies or parts with no solids". I remember that it was some option to join all the pieces of the assembly together or something.

    I just checked the add-in menu and there is no COSMOS option. But when I open a part, I am able to use COSMOS. Would it matter that the computer only has COSMOS Express?

    Hello Everyone, I am new to Solidworks and am trying to do an analysis on an assembly I have created. The problem is, when I open the assembly file, the COSMOS option goes away. Any suggestions? Thanks
