    Cannot pick points in a symbol

    Hi, I'm having problems picking points (ie: mid, center, end, etc) on a symbol. Right now the only point that is picking is the insertion point. Is there a setting of some sort that would allow me to pick others on the symbol (as others can pick mid, end, etc on a symbol)?
