    Lots of times you can contact a distributor and talk with a sales engineer. Try and get them to send you one of their product books. They have lots of mechanical properties listed.....

    Yep, I did just that...(I guess I should have referenced it in the thread) However, I was hoping that someone would be familiar enough with this and say that A569 1118 is the closest equivalent that I will find for the A108 1117....

    I am trying to find what the equivalent is to ASTM A108 Steel Grade Designation 1117 for hollow bar... I've seen A519 Steel Grade 1118 which seems to have similar mechanical properties, but I don't know if that will pass or not. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks,

    OK, I got it to work. I referenced the following: http://forums.techarena.in/microsoft-project/887188.htm and http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm Thanks, (The long and short of it was to create Flags and make IFF formulas in them which corresponded to colored bars.)

    Is there anyway that I can get a bar color to be directly associated with the resource that is tasked to that specific task? Ex. All of the Gannt chart bars that have Bob associated with it are blue. All those with Kim are red, Barry is brown etc. I know I can go in manually and do this, but...
