    when the depth for helicoil is nearly the thickness of the material,is there an industry standard that states through the material,rather than trying to achieve the depth without bulging out the other side?? thank you in advance.. ron

    bending of parts resulted in snapping... if print calls out 6061 and we use 6063(by error) could you say you cannot substitute one for the other,as far as bending is concerned??
