Thanks for the suggestions. I have a call in to ABB. The Kelman breakers are original, and have never been retrofitted. (alot of the breakers from that era have been). I'm going to start calling some other utility's that might have these CB's still in service. NBT

Thanks for the info. Unfortunetly, the LTC in question only has 36500 kva listed. I imagine I'll finally get the bottom of this. Guess I'll just put this on the back burner and keep on learning. thanks Newbie
