I am teaching myself to use NASGRO. I have version 3.0.
I have had success running the program for simple problems ie cracks in skins under pressure loading.
I want to move on to problems with more involved loading but inputing the spectrum is causing problems. I would appreciate it if someone...
Trying to find copy of 'analysis of stiffened curved panels under shear and compression' by Melcon and Ensrud.

Would appreciate a copy of table 3.2
Thanks
This is not a complaint !!!!
You can download the stress course at

Hi All
I am working on a freighter floor and have to account for c.g. shift of the contents of the contains. Do I use 5%, 10% or other. Also, do I have to account for adjacent containers shifting in different directions. Is there and certificating authority guidance on this.
Any information...
There is little data available for floor fixity on older A/C. You could use the values for 777 (similar size)ie rotational stiffness = 6,000,000.
By the way I am working on a 737 - same cross section as your 757. I have seen 50% used for frame fixity. I guess by 40% fixity you mean to use a...
