If you use an elastic, plasticmaterial, you can use the Flag variable AC YIELD. Since it's a flag you can set the number of colors to two an use a quiltplot in the contour options.
As far as I know, you may use a maximum of 4values for the "*amplitude" card.

the surface normal must show in the direction of the contact partner. If you're modelling in CAE you'll be able to chose the right surface of the rigid body during the surface definition. You can also import the input file in CAE and control the normals of the rigid body...
