Any prepreg material you use will not offer long term impermeability to jet fuel all by itself. A rubber based coating like PRC or similar fuel selant has to be used to serve as a barrior.

You should use what is called a Expanded Aluminum Foil (EAF) manufactured by Exmet. It is probably a dry mesh that they supply, but you can use it with wetlayup or prepreg.
If you prefer a prepregged mesh, try prepreggers on the East Coast. Newport Adhesives is one of them...
Couple of things :
1. Silicone (uncured) present on the surfaces to be bonded is the real problem. Zero contamination is impossible and any silicone present on the bonding surface adds to the knock down factor.
