I have a house built on creosoted wood pilings --maybe 20-25 yrs old. Typical gulf coast construction. Concrete slab underneath. Some of the pilings are decaying at the ground(slab)line. Any way to repair the decayed area and treat it so as to arrest further deterioration?
Following the discussion re. jetting pilings with interest.Questions--does pump have to be trash? What about semi or water pump. How would method work on "dry ground", ie, jetting pilings for stairways, structures etc., where one has access to water for pump.
