P3 to Access???
Just use the Project Tools option to Export in DBF Format. Access will import this format. Alternatively, you can link to the exported P3 file rather than import to Access. In this way you can just P3 export to the same file name each time and Access will read in the new data.- Geoplan

OK let's say activity 003 is the one you want to start when either activity 001 or 002 are depending on which one finishes first. Set 001 and 002 as successors of 003 with type SF (start to finish). Then set activity 003 to have a Zero Total float" Constraint - I think this should do the trick.- Geoplan

Exporting P3 activities to Excel
Use the Project Tools - Export Option to send data out in DBF format. Excel will read this format. Use the Content Tab to set up the fields you want. On the Formet Tab - Select DBF as the file type.- Geoplan
