I have made it. Thank you dogarila for that tip about fillets. The reduction is made out of two mirrored parts welded together, but I couldn't convert it to sheet metal, now I can. Great

Basically what I’m trying to do is to make pipeline reduction that will start as round pipe and and as square which is 30x40 cm. what I wanted to do is to make solid that has the same shape as inner volume of reduction and then to make shell.
And problem is how to make such solid.

I presumed it coudn't be done i AutoCad. And how to do it in solidworks, i know i'm boring but i am novice in solidworks. I done basics and am lerning more and more day by day.
