Big consideration is how much shelf life you want it to have
after you charge it, and before you run out to use it.
Alkalines dont like high current draw and reports say
some more modern digital cameras and alkalines dont mix.
No battery life at usable voltage with the higher current draw...
Essentially the load switching "On" while the charger is charging "On" makes a direct connection
from power source to your load
through the inverter ON and the Charger ON.
That is normally quite bad to do.
Follow up.
The NATO code G-395 wide temp range grease
is rated at Temp from -54 to 177 Deg C.
Lab thinks it is similar to your grease.
Lab folk asked if the "crystals" are
salt?
Millers Oils is not one of our (Mil) supplier.
His lubes don't go through aerospace fuels test lab.
Ergo I don't have specific test data back to this batch
or mfr..
Grease Lab folk provide the following as it had a similar
situation a year or so back.
Data supplied is very close to Mil PRF...
Well put.
We test capacity and charge/discharge efficiency.
Most specifications are for ampacity delivered..
We are looking into impedance matching for additional
data in building series parallel packs.
Having issues with a 42 cell pack (sealed lead acid)
arranged 3 cells parallel every...
Spec sheet in back of manual says its 5V 2.5 amp. Also says 5 watt. Numbers dont add as 5 V at 2.5 Amp is 7.5 watts.
So to Battery. Nicad or NiMH are 2000 maH for the
very high capacity AA size, 1.2 votl per cell,
will last about 3/4 hour
Enersys X cell (fat D sealed lead acid)
is 5 amp...
Not fam, iliar with theirs but you might want to
take a look at Enersys's white papers and ap notes.
Impedance matching of cells is covered.
They think matching by impedance quite important.
