    Inconel tubing compatibility

    Does anyone have any info they could give me on the compatibility of inconel tubing and a phosphoric acid compund? I am using hasteloy tubing at the moment, however I am need to add an additional injection point to my production stream and am looking to save on costs.

    Salt Precipitation and Buildup in Wellbore

    I have seen in the past wells that had a very high salt content use a cap string to syphon treated fresh water down to the wellbore. This worked very well. We were also able to add to the fresh water a corrosion inhibitor and a foamer to stimulate production as well.

    Production rate variation

    Has the BHP changed? Could also be paraffin or asphaltene build up in the tubing and in the chokes. Also what is the pH and the chlorides on the water you are getting in your cut.

    I have never heard of the reserve tank being refered to as a floc tank. It seems to me it would be the same thing. Usually the fluid that comes back from downhole is run over the shale shakers, the debris from the shakers then goes to the reserve tank. Debris from the mud pits can also be routed...

    Biocide and stainless steel

    I have used biocide (75% THPS) solution in a similiar setup to what you are running. I did not have any issues with compatibility.
